New Signs in Silverton!
With input from residents, we were able to finalize the design of our new signs. The signs will be a significant improvement for our community (link to main entrance image, link to example neighborhood entrance sign).

The sign project will consist of 2 main entrance signs, (Evans and Thorpe, Evans and Cary Parkway). 7 neighborhood signs, SilverCliff, two SilverCrest signs(at Keystone&Thorpe and at Silverbrooke&Thorpe), SilverRidge, SilverRock, SilverOaks and Windbrooke.
Our contractor, Rodney’s Signs will work on line drawings and obtain permit approval from the Town of Cary. The sign project should be taking place over the next several months. Once the new signs have been installed, any bare areas around the signs will be temporarily covered with pine straw. New plantings and landscaping will be installed in the fall.

Silverton is a residential community made up of over 400 homes & townhomes in Cary, North Carolina. We are conveniently located in northern Cary with easy access to I-40. There are several workcenters nearby including SAS, Cary Academy, and businesses in Preston Corners and on Weston Parkway.
