There are development plans beginning to form for the property located at the intersection of Harrison Ave. and Richard Dr.  The plan is to develop a mixed-use high density project featuring retail, office, hotel and residential uses on 5.7 acres.

Proposed Park West Village at Cary Parkway & Chapel Hill Road

1st Carolina Properties is proposing a large-scale mixed use concept plan for the intersection of Chapel Hill Road and Cary Parkway, called Park West Village.  750,000 sq ft retail, 50,000 sq ft office, 140 Hotel Rooms, and 425 residential units.  This is in Morrisville, on the South West Corner of Chapel Hill Rd and Cary Parkway.  Not too far from Silverton ..  The developer is hoping to go to the Morrisville Planning and Zoning Board in Sept. or Oct., with a decision by the Board of Commissioners by the end of the year, and to have the community open by summer 2009.
