Development Updates
Here are some of the details of the development of the Rochelle/ Evans Road property;
- Same site plan, same name - no changes
- Will probably start site work by March 2011.
- Will only clear for street, utilities, stormwater management, and possibly 2 additional places for material storage - all within the clearing limits that were previously approved.
- David Weekley Homes will not be the builder.
- We are finalizing a contract to sell the lots over a period of time to a local builder. The home prices are projected to range from $325,000 to $400,000+, and probably be in size range from 2,500 to 3,500 sq. ft. The architecture style has not been determined, but will most likely be traditional 1.5 -2.5 story with attached 2-car garages, all on crawl foundations and some with basements.
